Terms and Conditions of Service.

Purpose: These terms and conditions aim to establish the general conditions for the provision of services by SpraYL LLC, hereinafter referred to as “SpraYL,” to its clients, hereinafter referred to as “the client.” By accepting these terms and conditions, the client agrees to all the terms set forth herein.

Services Offered: The company is dedicated to offering mobile waterless car detailing services, hereinafter referred to as “the services.” The company undertakes to provide the services with the necessary diligence and care, in accordance with industry quality standards.

Price and Payment Method: The price of the services shall be as set forth on the website www.sprayl.com. Prices shall be expressed in local currency and shall be subject to applicable taxes and fees. Payment shall be made under the conditions agreed upon previously between the company and the client or through the payment portal on the website www.sprayl.com.

Company’s Liability: The company shall not be liable for damages caused to the vehicle or its contents during the service, unless such damages are caused by negligence or breach by the company.

Client’s Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the vehicle and its contents, and for ensuring that the vehicle is in safe and suitable condition for the provision of services. Additionally, the client is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle and its contents are adequately insured.

Cancellation Policy: The client may cancel or reschedule services agreed upon previously with the company, provided that it is done at least 2 hours in advance. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the total price of the services.

Intellectual Property: Intellectual property rights over the services and any material related to them are the exclusive property of the company. The client agrees not to use, copy, modify, distribute, or disclose such rights without the prior written consent of the company.


  • Basic: Clients receive one service within the monthly billing cycle, whether scheduled in advance or requested in real-time.

  • Premium Plus: Clients receive up to 3 services within the monthly billing cycle. However, the company is not obligated to provide all three services in case of unforeseen circumstances or operational limitations. Clients can request services in two ways: scheduled in advance or requested in real-time. In the case of scheduling services in advance, clients are guaranteed the reserved time slot. However, if a scheduled service cannot be performed due to client cancellations, weather conditions, or other reasons, the client will forfeit that service. Clients will have the option to pay the Express fee to receive a service and thus receive the 3 expected services.

  • Deluxe: Clients receive unlimited services within the monthly billing cycle. In the case of the Deluxe membership, clients can schedule only one service at a time and cannot schedule another until it has been completed or canceled.

Non-Accumulation of Services: Unused services during a monthly billing cycle do not accumulate or carry over to the next month. Each monthly billing cycle has the corresponding services that are applied according to the established terms and conditions.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Florida.

By accepting these terms and conditions, the client agrees that they have read and understood their contents, and accept them in their entirety.
